HANDS ON VIDEO RELAY SERVICES RECEIVES 2007 ANDREW SAKS ENGINEERING AWARD

Leading Video Relay Services Provider Honored by Telecommunications for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, Inc. for Significant Impact on Telecommunications and Media Access

ROCKLIN, CA, September 21, 2007 - Hands On Video Relay Services is excited to announce that they are a recipient of the 2007 Andrew Saks Engineering Award. The prestigious award is given by biennially by Telecommunications for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, Inc. The award recognizes “outstanding contributions to improving accessibility to telecommunications and media in the United States through efforts in design, electronics or engineering”. Hands On VRS received the award in recognition of ”its innovation and inclusiveness for users of computer-based video relay services on a variety of platforms, such as PC and Mac computers”.
